Responsibilities:
● Consult with clients to determine their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
● Collect, review, and process loan applications and supporting documentation.
● Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers through networking and referrals.
● Collaborate with processors and underwriters to facilitate loan approval and closing.
● Stayupto date on mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
● Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required.
● Strong sales and customer service skills.
● Knowledge of mortgage loan products and compliance guidelines.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
